Credit Recovery is also the only outside agent for Dun & Bradshreet and is able to service all your Commercial Credit Reporting requirements.

Credit Recovery Limited was incorporated in 1979, with two (2) employees. Today it the largest independently owned collection agency in the Province with twelve (12) staff members and is 100% Nfld and Labrador owned and operated.

CRL's corporate commitment to providing clients with top quality service is reflected in our state of the art communication and computer system that supports the efforts of our employees. CRL uses Debtmaster software. This offers professional management, accounting and reporting functions integrated into one complete system, for single entry efficiency. CRL has an active e-mail account by which overdue accounts may be forwarded.
This software allows us to provide our clients with monthly Trust Statements listing any collections made from month-to-month. CRL can also provide our clients with Active Account Statements showing all of the accounts that we are presently working. CRL can also provide our clients with periodic Performance Analysis, displaying our performance over a particular period of time.
