Products And Services:

Services we provide as civil engineering consultants:

  • Commercial/industrial building design for new buildings, renovations, extensions, etc. This includes client requirements translated into a series of preliminary layouts, contract documents, tendering, contract administration and inspection. This work can be done directly for the owner or in a design/build relationship with a contractor. Both ways can be advantageous.

  • Site appraisals which include zoning (rezoning where required) access, available services, topography, flood plains, etc.

  • Land assembly and subdivision design for residential and commercial properties.

  • Approvals from all parties having jurisdiction. This includes municipal, provincial and federal authorities for such items as zoning, parking, set-backs, accessibility, life safety, environmental issues, fish habitat, etc. Our firm is fully cognizant of the requirements of the local municipalities and federal/provincial standards.

Other services include:

  • As built/as found building floor plans.

  • Life safety and accessibility studies.

  • Certified tenant/building measurements using BOMA or similar standards.

  • Site and building code related accident reports.

  • Stand alone inspections

The above services are provided in-house and in conjunction with a number of sub-consultants that the firm deals with for related services

We are available at any time to discuss your needs in relation to the above.
